The Inciting Event podcast is, largely, conversational. It’s both a dive into the creative journey and a way to bring just a little more entertainment to the everyday life. It isn’t a standard interview, or simply a vehicle to plug projects (though I’d be a fool to think anyone would join me just for the pure sake of talking to me, so, yes, we’ll plug and discuss as much as possible). It’s, in the end, people talking about art and stuff with no real plan to speak of. Random. Fun. A little chaotic. And hopefully entertaining to people not involved in said chaos. That being you.
We’ll talk books, writing, stage and screen, music, and any form of art that inspires us. And we’ll find out the inciting event that led our guests down their artistic or creative paths.
So enjoy. Listen while you walk, run, cook, lay prone on the couch, do yardwork, or (*blush*) even shower. And be sure to subscribe to ensure you’re notified when more nonsense is posted. That would be most good.
